WESTERN LINN COUNTY, KS EXPANSION

KwiKom is pleased to announce expansion of gigabit fiber-optic Internet in Western Linn County, KS. The upcoming project will deliver 10 gigabit capable fiber-optic Internet to the homes and businesses in the communities of Parker, Goodrich, Centerville, and Blue Mound. 

This project will also establish a robust fiber backbone in Western Linn County, a piece of critical infrastructure that will pace and encourage future development and investment. The overall project is estimated to cost 1.16 million dollars, with Linn County committing $580,000 through a grant to KwiKom, and KwiKom investing the balance. This project is expected to begin in summer 2022 and be completed within 24 months of commencement.
