Yes, someone over the age of 18 needs to be present during installation to assist our technicians and ensure everything is set up properly – but should be at a minimal disruption to you and your time!
How long does installation take?
Installation typically takes about 2 hours. Most of the work happens outside your home, with minimal disruption. Once the router is connected, our technician will confirm everything is working perfectly before heading out.
Are there data caps on KWIKOM Fiber plans?
No data caps here! With KWIKOM Fiber, you can stream, surf, and download as much as you’d like without worrying about hitting a limit.
Can I use my own router, or do I need to use KWIKOM equipment?
We provide a router for free, and it comes with our “our equipment, our problem” guarantee. However, if you prefer to use your own router, our support team will help ensure it’s compatible with your connection.
